The main areas of responsibility include:
- Is able to take care of their portfolio of clients
- Has a strong feeling for making sure clients are happy
- Enjoys finding solutions to the challenges our clients have
- Is naturally patient and is capable of guiding clients through the software
- Can think critically and analytically about the software and is able to propose solutions and identify problem areas
- Speaks Fluent English, masters German at native/near-native level. Any other language is considered a plus
- Ideally minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Outgoing and eager to build strong relationships with customers
- Flexibility to travel for customer facing engagement 5 - 10%
