Salonkee, launched in 2017,  is on the mission to digitize the hair and beauty sector by providing our clients with a leading salon management tool including a digital agenda, online booking, CRM, point of sale and many more. Salonkee is also an online booking platform gathering great hair & beauty salons in one place. We count over 30k monthly returning users and over 150.000 online reservations until this day. If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a digital marketing officer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

This job offer is based in Luxembourg.

Your mission: 

  • Generate as many leads as possible for our sales team to take over
  • Plan, execute and measure different campaigns across all possible marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Emailing... )
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Pan, execute and measure different experiments and conversion tests

Job requirements

  • We don't care about any diploma, we evaluate you on your skills
  • Speak German and English (French and Dutch as an asset)
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc,... )
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEO/SEA/SMO) - Google & Bing & Yandex 
  • SEO tools (Bing/Google search console - Ahref/SEMrush/Moz - Screaming frog/Deepcrawl/Xenu)
  • Data analyst (Google analytics/Matomo/Sas web-Analytics/Amplitude/Decibelinsights) 
  • Tag manager system (Google Tag Manager, Matomo Tag Manager) 
  • A/B testing tools (optimizely/google optimise)
  • Dashboarding (Power BI/Excel/Gspreadsheet/GDS/Tableau)
  • Social Media Marketing (Social Network/Media Advertising + Analytics)
  • E-mailing - transactional & automation (SendinBlue)
  • Affiliation (Zanox/Tradedoubler) 
  • RTB - Demand-Side Platform (Adform/DV360) 
  • Retargeting (Criteo/Gads/Bing/Facebook...) 
  • Marketplace advertising (Amazon) 
  • Product feeds (Channable)
  • Knowledge of WordPress considered as an asset
