If you live and breathe marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Growth Marketer to implement, track and optimise current marketing efforts and drive new innovative initiatives across all channels & departments.

 This job offer is based in Luxembourg with a 'as soon as possible' start date!

Your mission: 

• Identify growth opportunities across the board (Lead Gen, Demand Gen, Employer Branding, Account based Marketing, Content Marketing…)

• Drive & implement growth oriented initiatives in collaboration with all relevant departments & stakeholders

• Analyse & challenge current marketing activities throughout the funnel & optimise through iterative testing

• Align with the marketing team to implement quick, data-driven tweaks :
  A/B Testing, Updating copy & creative, analysing insights on paid search & social acquisition channels, SEO…

• Monitor dashboards of paid media accounts, tweak spend, messaging and creative in order to to improve conversion metrics throughout the marketing funnel.

• Building out referral programs

• Drive & implement content marketing & Demand Gen activities.

• Optimise email nurturing campaigns & send times

• Testing incremental updates to impact overall funnel

• Creating recurring reports for stakeholders (insights & suggestions)

• Drive new growth oriented initiatives to help improve ROI.

• You have great knowledge in paid search, paid social, user experience, email marketing, content marketing & SEO

• You are an expert in Acquisition Marketing & CRO

• You are data driven and have an opinion about creative

• You are open to any channel, ready to challenge traditional marketing and love coming up with new growth oriented initiatives.

• You are an engineer at heart

• You Speak English & at least one of the following (Dutch, German or French)*
