Salonkee is on the lookout for a Team Lead Sales Enablement to lead our multilingual support teams within the Customer Success Department. This strategic role demands an experienced leader who can effectively manage our customer support operations across French, German, and Dutch markets, aligning with the overall objectives of our Customer Success Managers and Implementation Team.

What will you be doing:


As the Team Lead of Sales Enablement, you will be the cornerstone of our sales strategy, responsible for driving the effectiveness of our sales teams through strategic (hand-on) training, development, and process optimisation. Your role will be crucial in scaling our sales force in all our addressed geographies, ensuring seamless onboarding, and aligning our sales strategies with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Execution: Drive the execution of sales strategies, working closely with leadership to align on key initiatives, including territory management and segmentation.

Team Development: Lead the design and implementation of training programs to upskill sales teams, focusing on SDR and AE roles. Own the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped to succeed from day one.

Change Management: Spearhead organizational changes, such as strategy shifts and process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained performance.

Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales processes and improve team performance. Implement frameworks like MEDDICC to enhance sales execution.

Leadership & Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, mentoring team members and supporting their growth within the organization.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and company objectives.


What You Bring:

Experience: Proven track record in sales enablement, with experience scaling teams and driving change. Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in SaaS or tech industries, is a plus.

Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a deep understanding of sales processes and their alignment with business goals.

Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Passion for Learning: A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry best practices.
