Job description

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our HR Recruiting and Sourcing Team at Salonkee in Luxembourg!

As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll take the lead on the end to end recruitment process.

You work closely with our CGO & HR team and develop a thorough understanding of the business, hiring manager needs and specific talent pools.

  • You have a minimum of 4 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • You have experience in recruiting for Sales roles
  • You have a demonstrable experience of telephone interviewing and shortlisting candidates
  • Working with a high volume of vacancies is not an issue for you
  • You have already used an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • You have experience in pro-active candidate acquisition using a variety of tools and methods
  • You have already worked with various online job boards and are experienced in inserting recruitment advertisings
  • You love working in a target driven environment
  • You are able to work towards deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • You are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
  • You provide a strong command of German and English


Job Description

  • You manage the end-to-end recruitment processes across Sales roles (including Field Sales, Account management, Customer Success)
  • You work closely with our hiring managers to understand individual vacancies and develop appropriate recruitment strategies
  • You lead the Recruitment teams (local & remote locations) and ensure targets and timelines are met for both volume as well as niche hires
  • You manage the recruitment advertising across various online platforms
  • You proactively source talents by actively networking, headhunting and via referrals
  • You oversee internal recruitment processes end-to-end
  • You manage the offer, onboarding and new starter process alongside HR
  • You track recruitment and keep up to date records of activity on the candidate tracking system
  • You produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruitment activities and processes
