HR & Payroll Coordinator Benelux + Switzerland (EN/FR)

Job description

We are looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team at Salonkee to provide support to our operations in the whole Benelux region and Switzerland!

You'll be part of a young and fast growing company, which means that you’ll play a critical role in building and upholding the Salonkee DNA, becoming an ambassador of our company culture and pushing to keep our teams happy - which will make Salonkee a Europe-wide success.

You will be directly responsible for the following in all 4 regions:
  • Work closely with our Payroll providers to ensure a smooth management of entry, exit, payroll, benefits, holidays etc.
  • Be the central point of contact for the team members in each of those territories, answering their queries on payroll matters, holidays, benefits, local legislation etc.
  • Liaising with the country managers of the regions to ensure that the needed paperwork is drawn up (e.g. Contract addendums) in accordance with local legislation.
  • Coordination with our partners (Car leasing companies, Fuel card and Meal Voucher suppliers, for example) for all that relates to employee benefits.
  • Keep our HRIS system (BambooHR) up to date with all updates or changes to employee information regarding salary and benefits.

Job requirements


  • Have a first experience with payroll and labour laws in Belgium and Luxembourg (experience with Netherlands and Switzerland is a big plus!)
  • Speak/write English and French fluently (Dutch is considered a strong asset)
  • Are a very organised individual who is careful about small details
  • Are able to communicate effectively, calmly and in a friendly way
  • Understand the importance of discretion and respect the sensitive information you are in charge of handling
