As a Sales Representative, you will be an essential part of our dynamic and ambitious sales team. What will you be doing:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and pursue new salons to join Salonkees client base

• Engage with potential customers through various communication channels to present product offerings and build lasting relationships

• Demonstrate the product to showcase the value of our products to potential clients onsite

• Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress

• Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication are essential for engaging with prospects and conveying product information convincingly

• Positive attitude: A can-do attitude and enthusiasm are crucial in building rapport with customers and achieving sales targets

• Adaptability: The ability to quickly learn about our products, industry, and customer needs, as well as adapt to changing market dynamics, is vital for success

• Customer-centric approach: A genuine desire to understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions is integral to delivering exceptional service

• Resilience: Sales can be challenging, so the ideal candidate should be able to handle rejection, stay motivated, and bounce back from setbacks

• Team player: Collaboration and coordination with colleagues and other teams contribute to collective success, making teamwork a valued quality

• Self-organised: you are capable of managing your agenda and time and you are arranging everything regarding client contact effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)

• Little or no prior sales experience necessary; we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate

• Proficiency in Dutch and a professional level of English is a plus
