As a Sales Support / Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our valued clients. Your dedication to delivering exceptional client support and your proactive approach to problem-solving will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What we are looking for in you:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in an account management role 

• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset

• Proficiency in Dutch and English

• Self starter

• CRM experience preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
