Job description

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to drive the adoption of a new product among our existing client base — salon owners — helping them unlock new value and revenue opportunities.
 

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys building processes from scratch, and excels in consultative selling. You will play a critical role in the success of this product launch by personally managing the full sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to existing Salonkee clients to introduce and sell our new product offering.

  • Conduct consultative sales calls, understanding client needs and positioning the solution accordingly.

  • Meet clients on-site to present and sell our product offering, ensuring a personalised and consultative sales approach.

  • Help define and refine sales scripts, outreach messaging, and objection handling based on real-time client conversations.
    Manage and update CRM records meticulously, ensuring data accuracy and tracking client interactions.

  • Provide structured feedback from client conversations to help improve product positioning and identify potential product enhancements.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets related to product activation and revenue growth.

  • Champion a consultative sales approach that builds lasting trust and relationships with salon owners.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or B2B consultative selling, preferably in a SaaS, digital services, or fast-scaling environment.

  • Track record of personally achieving and exceeding sales targets (not just managing a team).

  • Highly hands-on, proactive, and independent: ready to own your sales pipeline end-to-end.

  • Strong organisational and CRM management skills (experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools is a plus).
    Analytical mindset: comfortable with using metrics to optimise sales approaches and improve results.

  • Experience selling to small businesses (selling to SMEs or salon owners is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills in either German or French, plus strong proficiency in English.

  • Extreme self-starter attitude with a passion for building new initiatives and helping scale new revenue streams for Salonkee.
