Join Salonkee’s Customer Success Department and play a key role in keeping our salon partners engaged and ensuring they see value in our platform.

We’re looking for a Customer Retention Specialist who thrives on problem-solving, proactive engagement, and customer relationships. You’ll handle churn requests, identify at-risk accounts, and contribute to re-engagement efforts to improve retention and salon satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage churn requests, engage with at-risk salons, and explore retention opportunities.

  • Monitor salon usage trends and support re-engagement efforts for inactive accounts.

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide targeted support.

  • Analyze churn reasons and usage patterns to improve retention strategies.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance internal processes.

Job requirements

  • Fluent in: French and English.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, retention, or account management.

  • Proven track record in handling objections and negotiating persuasively.

  • Experience analyzing customer data, usage patterns, and retention trends.

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
